Una poesia simbolica e struggente, che evoca un dialogo tra Giulia e il piccolo Thiago.
Nel loro nuovo album “Hello World”, pubblicato il 6 dicembre, i PTN hanno scelto di usare l’arma più potente e comunicativa al mondo: l’arte, in questo caso la musica, per affrontare una tematica ancora purtroppo attuale: il femminicidio.
Come dichiarato da Riccardo Zanotti, frontman del gruppo, durante un’intervista: «Gli uomini non urlano abbastanza contro questa emergenza. L’arte deve essere uno strumento per creare consapevolezza e dibattito».

Ne sono rimasto folgorato ed ora vi mando quello che ho trovato di questo gruppo, i Téléphone.
Quando nel 2010 l'edizione francese di Rolling Stone pubblica la classifica dei migliori cento dischi rock nazionali di sempre, i Téléphone vantano quattro album fra i primi trenta, il più alto dei quali, "Dure limite", campeggia al terzo posto. With the tightening of all restrictions on them (the slaves) after the rebellion, any singing about Nat Turner had to be well disguised .A song about him has survived, in which there was humorous satire on the masters,who allowed it as kings once allowed jokes on themselves by court fools and jesters, mixed with a pun on Nat Turner’s name and veiled references to revolution and change.

Scritta e cantata sempre nel bretone locale del Pays Glazik, ha un titolo basato su un gioco di parole tra “Pussy Riot” e il verbo bretone riotal “litigare, azzuffarsi”; il verbo ha, del resto, origine dallo stesso termine riot, francese d’origine e poi passato tale e quale in inglese. In questo film uno dei personaggi è una donna che dirige un coro col quale stanno preparando l’esecuzione del brano “Amenez moi” di Aznavour, un brano dedicato alle migrazioni con un pensiero rivolto al popolo armeno cui Aznavour appartiene. Nûh Mihemed Reşo è morto così, allo stadio di Raqqa a causa delle rigide temperature sopportate durante la fuga da Shehba dove i suoi genitori, allora in fuga da Afrin, si erano rifugiati nel 2018.
Non si muore quindi soltanto sotto i colpi delle armi dei mercenari di Ankara, ma anche di freddo o di sfinimento, sulle strade, nei campi e nei rifugi improvvisati.

Les Ramoneurs de Menhirs sono originari del Pays Glazik (in bretone: Bro C’hlazig). Il Pays Glazik si trova, grosso modo, attorno alla città di Quimper / Kemper, nella Cornovaglia Bretone. I RDM, gruppo militante tra i più militanti d’armoricana favella, si guardano bene dal cantare in “bretone unificato”, il Brezhoneg peurunvanet che è, in massima parte, una lingua artificiale di recente creazione; cantano e scrivono nel loro sottodialetto locale, il Glazigeg, a sua volta parte del dialetto Cornovagliese ma con qualche influenza del non lontano Vannetais. Va da sé che non usano nemmeno, perlomeno qui, la grafia “unificata” standard. Insomma, il traduttore ha di che sudare.
