Io conosco la versione cantata nel 1997 dalla dolce, compianta Marisa Sannia, nel suo bellissimo disco "Melagranada", che si può ascoltate qui
Il testo non corrisponde esattamente alla poesia qui sopra riportata, ci sono variazioni forse apportate dalla stessa per adattarlo alla voce. Le variazioni sono però interessanti e credibili, anche dal punto di vista di scrittura poetica, al posto di "Bénnidos sunu poi sos deos de Milanu..." per esempio la Sannia canta: "Bénnidos sunu poi sos deos dae su mare..."
Colgo l'occasione per ricordare che Marisa Sannia se n'è andata improvvisamente dieci anni fa e che proprio in questi giorni di novembre venne allora pubblicato postumo, dalla Felmay, "Rosa de oapel", registrato l'anno precedente a Roma... (Continues)

Il motivetto di questa canzone è lo stesso usato in ogni guerra. Durante la guerra d'Africa c'era: Er Negusse da piccolo faceva l'aviatore, pe' risparmià benzina pisciava ner motore. E ancora, faceva il muratore e per risparmiar la calce cacava sul mattone ,eccetera. Il ritornello, almeno in provincia di Roma, era: Pompa Cè', pompa che va bbè. Oppure, Bomba c'è, arifìcchete si te 'nnè (nasconditi se vuoi).

Un tardivo intervento - buttato giù come viene - da NON addetto ai lavori (ho girato la Bretagna in bici, ma non me ne sono occupato "politicamente", peccato mortale).
Nella canzone di Servat non vedo particolari richiami alle "vandee". Non solo per ragioni geografiche (anche se la "Vandea militare" arrivò sicuramente fino a Nantes), ma proprio ideologiche.
Caso mai si richiama alla rivolta dei "Berretti rossi" che insorsero contro Luigi XIV, ossia contro la monarchia assoluta e per questo vennero duramente repressi (impiccati a centinaia, campanili abbattuti per rappresaglia...). Mi risulta che quando Servat la scrisse c'era in Bretagna una forte mobilitazione popolare (e contadina in particolare) per esempio contro la distruzione del bocage, una lotta a cui hanno fatto esplicito riferimento i resistenti di Notre Dame des Landes (contro la costruzione di un - devastante - nuovo aeroporto...
