Beatles: A Day In The Life
Zheus.
(Continues)

Lyrics & Music by A-Bomb
Album: Christians Throwing Stones
Song about Christians doing what Christians do best.
"My drummer (a catholic) decided when he was drunk, to wear his ignorance where everyone could see and began bashing my belief system without knowing anything at all about the Wicca faith. He inspired this beauty and the A-Bomb solo CD that will bear the name".

When Johnny Comes Marching Home
[2006]
Lyrics by A-Bomb
Album: PEACE CRIMES
A parody of When Johnny Comes Marching Home, Southern (and national) anthem.
A song about what to expect when all those young soldiers come home from Bush's baked war.
We take kids, we train them to kill, send them off to get some practice and set them loose in the streets when they come home.

Bigots Scaring Children
[2002]
Lyrics & Music by Pól Mac Adaim
Album: If We Don't Help Them Now
"This song touches on the Holy Cross situation and the fact that the children are the ones who pay the cost of war.
After witnessing the appalling pictures shown on television of little girls screaming and grasping to their parents while pipes bombs exploded alongside bottles and balloons filled with urine landing around them. I thought making a record of this in song would accompany the suffering those children will endure on a daily basis for a long time to come…"

The True Cross
[1992]
Album “The True Cross”
If We Don't Help Them Now
[2002]
Lyrics & Music by Pól Mac Adaim
Album: If We Don't Help Them Now
A contemporary Celtic arrangement..
This is not just an album with words and music, it is an archive from which I hope many will find answers to the many questions within it and our past. I’ve always believed that we must learn from our past, if we choose not to we will continue only to suffer the consequences of the past. We only need to look at places like Nanking, Terezin, and Vietnam, to see history repeat itself in Cambodia, Palestine and Iraq.
Just like the hunger strikes of 1981 Belfast was only 90 miles from Dublin, with the world rapidly developing each day it becomes smaller, Turkey really isn’t far when you consider the fact that they could gain entry to the European union, and like the song says "For as long as the fascists are in control there, they’ll come closer to you and to me".

Watch Out for the Traffic
[1986]
Lyrics & Music by Adrian J. Pratt
Album: Passions, Pains and Protestations
Nuclear arms, radioactive waste and the disposal of other toxic substances.... all the usual subject matter of a poppy ditty..
To elaborate....
From a high of 65,000 active weapons in 1985, there are now nearly 8,000 active nuclear warheads and more than 22,000 total nuclear warheads in the world of 2010. Many of the decommissioned weapons have simply been stored or partially dismantled, not destroyed. It scares me in an age where some influential people really believe Armageddon is the only final solution that they may consider hastening the day! I just don't swallow the theory that no lunatic would actually press the button. (Ever seen Dr. Strangelove?)
The disposal of nuclear waste is another scary consideration. In 1946 the United States sank containers of radioactive waste in the Pacific Ocean... (Continues)

Johnee Jingo
[1985]
Album “A Cappella”
“We don't want to fight but, by jingo, if we do...
We've got the ships, we've got the men, and got the money too!
We've fought the Bear before... and while we're Britons true,
The Russians shall not have Constantinople...”
