Wrong Side Of The Road is a ground breaking 1981 Australian film, road movie, rock documentary, musical drama, it followed 2 days of life on the road for two Aboriginal rock/reggae bands which were largely unknown to mainstream Australia: No Fixed Address e Us Mob.
Its a great film it tackled the taboo subject of racism in Australia head on, a topic which one would say still is pretty taboo.

Confesso in anticipo. Non ho ancora letto “Landness. Una storia geoanarchica”. Solo una recensione apparsa su “la lettura”.
Quindi questa non è altro che la “recensione di una recensione”. Quando - e se - avrò analizzato anche il testo vero e proprio ne riparleremo. Eventualmente.
Ma mi basta e avanza per qualche osservazione. Intanto sul titolo, forse pretenzioso e fondato, credo, solo sul fatto che tratta di due insigni geografi anarchici, Eliseo Reclus e Petr Kropotkin.
Quest’ultimo arbitrariamente definito “inviso a zar e sovietici” (qui quasi equiparati, ma si può?). Caso mai si dovrebbe parlare di “bolscevichi” in quanto nessuno nella Russia rivoluzionaria era più “sovietico” (nel senso originario di consiliare) degli anarchici. Basta pensare a Kronstadt e alla machnovščina.
