Originariamente intitolata “Repeat”, in seguito fu aggiunto (UK), per distinguere la canzone dal suo remix, che fu sottotitolato (Stars & Stripes). Il secondo ha molti più campionamenti ispirati allo stile on stage dei Public Enemy, molto ammirati dai MSP. Anzi, su qualche sito si afferma che fu la squadra di produzione dei PE a remixare il brano, ma in seguito i MSP hanno smentito la cosa…
Il tema è lo stesso di We Her Majesty's Prisoners, una condanna senza mezzi termini della monarchia inglese e del nazionalismo.
