Bourgeois! nous sommes des taureaux
Captifs en vos arènes rouges,‎
Aux yeux d'une foule de gouges
De michés et de maquereaux
Bourgeois ! nous sommes des taureaux !‎
‎ ‎
Bourgeois! nous sommes des taureaux
Que l'on torture et que l'on tue,‎
Et votre bêtise institue
Une gloire pour nos bourreaux
Bourgeois ! nous sommes des taureaux !‎
‎ ‎
Bourgeois! nous sommes des taureaux
Qui démolirons nos barrières
Et ce jour-là dans vos derrières
Nos cornes feront des accrocs
Bourgeois ! nous sommes des taureaux !‎

I TORI

Borghesi! Noi siamo tori
Prigionieri nelle vostre rosse arene,
Guardati da una folla di baldracche, [1]
Di puttanieri e di magnaccia.
Borghesi! Noi siamo tori !

Borghesi! Noi siamo tori
Torturati e ammazzati,
E la vostra idiozia decreta
La gloria per i nostri boia.
Borghesi! Noi siamo tori !
‎ ‎
Borghesi! Noi siamo tori
E butteremo giù le nostre sbarre.
E quel giorno, i vostri deretani
Sentiranno le nostre cornate.
Borghesi! Noi siamo tori !
[1] L'uso di gouge (propriamente: “sgorbia”) nel senso di “bagascia, baldracca” è arcaico; ma, Couté a parte, ha una testimonianza letteraria di eccezione in Charles Baudelaire (Bribes, Damnation). Nel verso successivo, miché è il “cliente della prostituta”. Si tratta della deformazione di “Michel”, un comune nome qualsiasi per indicare l'anonimo, il tipo qualunque, il “buon padre di famiglia” che va al bordello (in inglese, analogamente, si dice john).
