Welcome to the third installment of Guerrilla Gigs. In this episode, I travelled to Shannon Airport in Co. Clare to protest against The US military’s ongoing use of the airport as a military base in their illegal wars around the globe. Since 2002, almost 3 million American troops have passed through this airport on their way to carry out unspeakable atrocities worldwide, killing and displacing millions of innocent women, children and men in the process.

This not only makes Ireland fully complicit in these war crimes but also makes us far from a neutral country in the eyes of the people whose lives are being ripped apart by these conflicts, and whose families these planes are on their way to murder daily. It’s absolutely shameful and our involvement needs to stop now.
