Early in the morning, Just as the sun was rising Adam started inventing things, And the results were surprising.	Quando era ancor mattino, al sorgere del sole, Adamo si mise a inventar cose ed erano meravigliose.
Later in the morning The sun was getting higher. Adam made a discovery, He learned to handle fire.	Più tardi di mattino, quando il sole scalda poco, Adamo fece una scoperta grande: lui si impadronì del fuoco.
Invented spears, invented guns, Invented arrow and bow; And what is it now he's going to invent? I'm not sure I want to know.	Inventò lance e pure spade, arco e frecce ma dopo vorrei proprio sapere a cosa porterà questo bel gioco.
Invented language, invented words, Invented alphabets. But when it comes to communicating, Sometimes he was deaf.	Inventò lingue,creò parole,le desinenze in “are” ed “ire”, ma in fatto di comunicare, finse a volte di non capire.
Conquered desert, conquered ice, Conquered ocean and shore, Conquered every animal beside himself, Then Adam invented war.	Conquistò deserti e i poli, come oceani e terra, ammaestrò animali accanto a sè, poi inventò la guerra.
Adam, brilliant Adam, So brilliant, you're made blind, Inventing some new kind of world, With no place for mankind.	Adamo, grande Adamo, grande è la tua cecità: non vedi ciò che hai inventato è un mondo senza umanità?
Stomp your foot, we've got one earth, One big red apple to share, All around us one ocean of water, And just one ocean of air.	Sotto i piedi una sola Terra, grande mela da spartire, e intorno a noi un solo oceano d’acqua e d’aria da pulire.
Can we break the grip of this Dance of Death? Can this world be released? Will Adam's children, the young inventors, Will they now invent peace?	Scioglier la morsa della “Macabra Danza”,chi ne sarà mai capace? Sapran d’Adamo i figli neo-inventori,un giorno inventar la pace?
Now some will scoff and some will scorn, But what makes them so certain? Adam's children might surprise us all, And build anew the Garden.	Tra voi c’è ora chi piange e chi disprezza, vana è la vostra fede. d’Adamo i figli vi sorprenderanno e faran rifiorire ancor l’Eden.
