IL PARTIGIANO Quando il nemico fu alle porte non mi arresi a quella sorte e il mio spirito ribelle sottrasse un’arma al suo passato (e sparì). Mai nessun chiede di me, dove vado, né il perché, tu ora sai che cosa ho in mente, tu che sei della mia gente, ricopri le mie impronte. Ho cambiato spesso nome, ho perduto moglie e figli, ma ho amici, come sai, alcuni vivono con me, altri arriveran, vedrai. E una donna ci ha nascosto su in soffitta e in nessun posto quei soldati ci han trovato. La sua anima han voluto, ma lei non ha parlato. Eravamo in tre stamani e ora son rimasto solo, ma non indietreggerò, le frontiere son prigioni, io non mi fermerò. Ora il vento soffia ancora tra le tombe e come allora invoca: “ Libertà”, ci invita a uscire fuor dall’ombra se Pace si vorrà.
