WE DO NOT SING TO YOU OUT LOUD

We do not sing to you out loud
so as to show you the misfortune better
as it is very big very foolish
and more foolish for being whole

We claimed that death alone
the earth alone restricts us
but now it is shame
which walls us in alive as we are

Shame of the boundless harm
shame of our absurd executioners
always the same ones always
the same lovers of themselves

Shame of the torture trains
shame of the words burnt earth
e but we are not ashamed of our suffering
but we are not ashamed of being ashamed

Behind the fleeing soldiers
not even one bird lives
the air is empty of sobs
empty of our innocence

Echoing with hate and vengance
