Tom Cuneo is a guitar player, bass player, composer, songwriter. He lives between Italy and England and since 2000 until today he played with several artists. Actually he’s showcasing and promoting his songs, especially his first solo single “Interrail”.
He has a graduate degree in multi style guitar at “Percentomusica” academy in 2004, and he has a graduate degree in D.A.M.S.(disciplines of arts, music and show business) at Roma 3 University in 2009, with final thesis on history of guitar. Azules is one of his musical projects. Into azules project are arranged and offered some original tunes as well as some popular tunes taken from the Latin-America and the Mediterranean area's repertoire. Inquiry, tradition and meltin' pot of languages are the ingredients that form the music of this ensemble. Azules project is presented with a live show full of acoustics sonority, jammin' and experimentation in tonality. It has recorded its first promotional CD of 4 tracks, with this line up: Matteo Agostini on sax, Andrea Avena on doublebass, Luca Caponi on drums, Riccardo Manzi on classical guitar and Tommaso Cuneo on acoustic and electric guitar. Other collaborations of Tommaso Cuneo are the one with Alessandro Contadini, playing bass and electric guitar on the song “stupid things” and in other songs, and playing in the first Gianluca Iaconis E.P., example track is “balenami” song. He also collaborated with Matteo Locasciulli and Francesca Xefteris, a well-known female singer that has taken part of Italian “X - Factor” during 2009 edition, with the stage name of Sofia, you can listen her on the track “Luna rosa” (words & music Tommaso Cuneo). Tommaso Cuneo is even a song-writer, his songs are a blend of different styles. In 2005 he worked as a guitarist and author with Nicola Viti De Angelis , a DJ/producer, and together they realised a an album of lounge music, one track of this album has been choosed for the original soundtrack of the movie “Vita Smeralda”, directed and interpreted by Jerry Calà, one of the most famous comedy actor in Italy.

Tommaso Cuneo è un chitarrista, bassista, autore, cantautore; Azules è uno dei suoi progetti musicali. Nel progetto Azules vengono elaborati e proposti brani originali e brani presi dal repertorio latino-americano e dall’area del mediterraneo. Ricerca, tradizione e incontro di linguaggi sono gli ingredienti che danno vita alla musica di questo gruppo. Il progetto AZULES viene presentato con un live denso di sonorità acustiche, improvvisazione e ricerca timbrica. E' stato registrato un primo CD promozionale di 4 brani che vede la partecipazione di: Matteo Agostini al sassofono, Andrea Avena al contrabbasso, Luca Caponi alla batteria, Riccardo Manzi alla chitarra classica e Tommaso Cuneo alla chitarra acustica ed elettrica. Tra le altre collaborazioni di Tommaso Cuneo c’è quella con Alessandro Contadini, avendo suonato il basso e la chitarra elettrica nella canzone “Stupid things” ed in altre canzoni, e quella con Gianluca Iaconis avendo suonato nel suo primo E.P; un estratto è la traccia “Balenami”. Ha anche collaborato con Matteo Locasciulli e Francesca Xefteris, nota cantante che ha preso parte all’edizione italiana 2009 di “X-Factor”, con il nome d'arte Sofia, la si può ascoltare nella traccia “Luna rosa”( testo & musica Tommaso Cuneo).Tommaso Cuneo è anche un autore, le sue canzoni sono una miscela di stili differenti.
